At Z Stone we consider ourselves a close-knit group, almost like family, even though some of us already are. Traditions are important in companies just as they are in our homes. We have our own set of holiday traditions around here that we take pretty seriously. In this week’s blog, we will talk about all our holiday traditions here at Z Stone that have taken place over the years.
Company Celebration
One of our longest holiday traditions is our company holiday party. Since we are such a close-knit group, our holiday party is a chance to catch up, relax, and celebrate the end of a successful year. Over the years we have made our fair share of memories – too many to list here, but trust us when we say it’s a good time.
Team Tees
Nothing says the holidays like matching clothes. For the past three years, we have done a team t-shirt design with an interesting twist. From Fight Club and Lord of the Rings inspired designs to this year’s Bones Brigade, our team shirts are just a fun way to remember the past year.
The Stockings were Hung
Adding little festive touches around the shop is another holiday tradition of ours. Each stocking is decorated with the team member’s name and hung with care. Z Stone Creations couldn’t function without our amazing team so our stockings remind us of who makes it all possible.
Oh Christmas Tree
Somewhere between the Griswold Family Christmas Tree and Rockefeller Plaza, you’ll find the Z Stone Christmas tree. We definitely love to create a focal point, as you already know with our stonework but our tree definitely steals the show every year. We love the holidays so our Christmas tree in the showroom is just another way to spread a little holiday cheer to our employees and visiting customers.
As this year comes to an end, we are incredibly grateful for all of the projects and completed work we have done this past year. Celebrating the holidays is just a reminder of how thankful we are for our hardworking employees. From all of us at Z Stone, happy holidays!
